What is Dermaplaning?
Dermaplaning is a treatment that uses a tool to gently exfoliate the outer layer of dead skin cells and remove fine facial hair commonly known as “peach fuzz”. This procedure will give your skin a more radiant appearance. Following the treatment, makeup application is smoother and other skincare products can penetrate deeper in turn making them more effective. Dermaplaning treats the top layers of the skin. It is a low-risk procedure and very safe for most people. Although rare, some side effects may include. redness, in the hours after getting the facial, Irritation and itchiness, whiteheads, a day or two after the treatment patchy skin pigment.

This type of light is most often used to treat acne, as it contains antibacterial properties to decrease oil production and prevent future breakouts without further irritating the skin.
Red Light:
As one of the most common types used in LED therapy, red light works to reduce redness and inflammation while hydrating the skin. It also encourages cellular repair and increased circulation to the face and is known to treat rosacea.
Near-infrared Light:
There’s a reason every skincare expert talks about the importance of collagen. This natural substance is what holds your skin together and keeps you looking young… and near-infrared light is the ultimate anti-aging tool. This light significantly boosts collagen production to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, promote skin elasticity, treat cystic acne, and even accelerate wound healing. Basically, it’s the best of both the blue and red-light therapy… and you won’t be able to get enough.
Threading is comparable to tweezing but is performed at a faster pace. You may feel a pinching or light scraping sensation, but most guests agree that threading is much more comfortable than tweezing.
Semi-permanent hair color does not contain peroxide so it cannot lift the hair, therefore it can only make the hair darker and not lighter. The color will only last about six to twelve shampoos because it only deposits the hair color on the outermost layer of the hair. This is a good choice to try if you are afraid, you may not like the color. Also, semi-permanent will enhance the shine and condition of the hair since it is not lifting.
Demi-Permanent hair color contains low amounts of peroxide which unlike semi-permanent, it can lighten the hair slightly. Demi-permanent deposits the color between the cuticle and cortex, therefore, making it last longer, anywhere from 12 – 26 washes.
Permanent hair color just as the name suggests, it is a permanent hair color and will last until the colored strands grow out. Permanent hair color can lighten hair up to 4 levels anything more than that is not recommended as it can cause damage to the hair.
